We are currently seeking a Solutions Lead to join our Flexible Space team. Our team’s priorities are: 

Delivering strategic solutions for clients  

Actively collaborating across platforms  

Developing our people and inspiring others 

Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace 

Applying new technology and data to drive change 

What this job involves  

Identify, develop, and close in market deals 

Connect to in-market sales teams and account teams to generate client interest 

Develop solutions for clients leveraging platform materials 

Present to internal account teams and sales teams as well as client decision makers 

Collaborate with internal teams to share deep understanding of client objectives 

Develop commercial propositions for specific opportunities with input from Commercial lead and others 

Sound like you? To apply you will have: 

5-7 years of experience in a similar role  

MS Office and CRM platforms experience 

Enterprise sales, coworking and real estate experience preferred 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills  

Must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial spirit  

BS or BA in a Real Estate related field
