Requirements for consideration may include; a Finance or Accounting related degree, Finance/Accounting experience, highly effective data analysis skills, modeling experience is a plus with high proficiency in Excel.


Global Strategic Sourcing is charged with working across the various Business Units, partnering with business leaders to drive leverage and value that can be realized through Organizational Efficiencies and Cost Reductions


As a Sourcing Manager you can look forward to:


The Sourcing Manager will lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for the procurement of goods and services in IT Professional services. 

Will be accountable for up to $100M in annual spend and is expected to have regular interactions with C-level executives.

Will be expected to lead teams of key cross-functional stakeholders through structured strategic sourcing processes to develop superior commercial relationships with a wide range of IT suppliers. 

Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise on business, legal, financial, technical, performance and security requirements.

Leverage the purchasing power of the enterprise to drive measurable improvements and increase Fiserv’s competitive advantage.


Basic qualifications for consideration:


Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.

5+ years’ experience required


Preferred qualifications:


CPM or CPSM Certifications

MBA

Business related experience in a Strategic Sourcing role with evidence of increases in scope and level of responsibility
