Responsibilities 

Responsible for communications and executing marketing plans for new product launches on digital and offline

Creative support for customer lifecycle communication for cross-sell and deepening

Working closely with creative and social media agencies to plan and launch campaigns as per business requirements

Measuring efficacy and business outcomes for these initiativesCreative agency management including driving deepening initiatives (upsell/cross-sell), engagement campaigns, collaterals for new launches etc

Brand marketing – Driving the customer value proposition of digibank through tactical brand initiatives leading to higher awareness and consideration

Requirements 

6-7 years’ experience in brand marketing

BFSI experience preferred

Digital marketing experience

Experience in social media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
