Job Description and Responsibilities
We're seeking a Senior Director in account and client management to lead client engagement and drive maximum value for one of Cybersource’s key Global Clients located in Europe. The role is key to our customer retention and account development goals within our growing customer base. You will be a key player in supporting one of CyberSource Strategic Clients to power and protect their revenue growth engine through online and offline payment and fraud solutions.
Within this role you will
Develop and execute account and portfolio level strategies that support key business metrics including client retention, revenue growth and profitability
Become a trusted advisor with clients’ executives, by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions.
Proactive & consultative collaboration with clients and guidance of their distinct payment strategies, aligned with their business goals.
Provide expertise on our global payment processing, fraud management and payment security technologies and advise on key features and functionality allowing the customer to execute their strategies
Serve as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including product management, customer support, sales engineering and finance
Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the key internal resources for support
Guide and influence team of Account Managers both directly and indirectly, supporting clients’ strategies in different regions
Lead ongoing strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, successes and business results; facilitate quarterly business reviews & executive meetings
Analysis of customer performance metrics to deliver consultative business reviews which result in strategic recommendations, best practices and process improvements to ensure that they derive maximum value from their investment
Our ideal candidate for this role will
Possess Fluent language capability in both English and French
Bring strong credentials within enterprise account management along with deep payments industry expertise
Be accustomed to building relationships at board/C-suite level and has an impressive commercial track record to support

Bring a strong bias for action, they will be an established self-starter who possesses a relentless drive to initiate change, raise the bar and deliver results
Be comfortable influencing and guiding multiple internal teams in a matrixed organization to deliver added value to the customer
Have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization
