Acting in an internal advisory role to business and information technology data delivery teams, the ideal candidate will architect and design solutions that are strategic for the business and built using latest technologies and techniques. Utilizing in-depth knowledge of infrastructure, open source technologies and data engineering, you will develop the strategy, achieve business and engineering buy-in, and monitor execution toward the target architecture across the enterprise.

As Sr. Manager - HR Data Architect, you will need to understand how to apply technologies in categories such as:

Cloud Computing Services (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Container ecosystem (Kubernetes, Docker, istio etc.)

Agile engineering practices - Continuous Delivery, DevOps (P/IaaS Automation)

Data Integration Patterns

Machine learning - SageMaker, Apache Spark,etc


Open Source Software

Business Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting

Cloud Security, Dashboard & Monitoring


Defining technical data architecture to drive our business and technology strategies for best tools company wide.

Possess extensive working knowledge with architectural tools in broader technology community

Providing business, application and technology consulting in feasibility discussions with technology team members and business partners

Collaborate with the Enterprise/Domain Architect to facilitate HR Tech train processes and execution focusing on the data solution architecture and design to drive value delivery and relentless improvement.

Support the HR IT Management and HR Product Management in developing a multi-year consolidated HR data strategy and roadmap for new/changed technology solutions, anticipating potential impacts on HR business processes, structures and governance

Design and Architect an integrated and strategic Cloud Solution/ data framework for operational and analytical data needs for HR experiences that align to Enterprise standards

Design and implement data-driven organization practices, esp. around delivery of work or transformations.

Being a technology thought leader and strategist

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 

At least 5 years of experience in Application Architecture

At least 4 years of experience in a Technology Leadership position

Preferred Qualifications:

6 years of experience in architecting Cloud Data Platform.

TOGAF or CISSP Certified or any equivalent professional Architect Certification.

AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification or AWS Big Data Speciality Certified.
