An accomplished, industry leading sales leader with demonstrated success managing a Accounts team. Targeted account experience across the Fortune 100 client base is expected with focus in the technology sector and professional services.Strong leadership experience driving large scale (8-figure) solutions comprised of consulting, hardware, software, implementation and managed services. 

How you’ll make an impact:

Optimizing profitable revenue growth, client engagement/satisfaction and pipeline development.

Exceeding targets for booked growth profits with budgetary objectives and forecast accuracy.

Lead the transformation to selling more and complex multi-year engagements.

Recruiting, developing and managing senior-level sales professionals while supporting the selling process.

Ensure client engagement strategies are aligned with the mission, values and culture of Optiv.

Qualifications

Qualifications for success:

Services-led IT / Cybersecurity complex solution sales experience in hardware/software products coupled with services.

Strong Change Agent Sales leadership experience at the first or second-line level.

High performance and disciplined sales management specifically in the areas of forecast accuracy, CRM usage, pipeline development and progression

Proven expertise in the development and delivery of accurate and timely weekly, monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts
