Levi Strauss Europe (LSE) is looking for a Strategy Manager - Europe, based in our European Headquarters in Diegem, Belgium. In this role, you will be part of the European Strategy, AI & Insights Team in Brussels.The team works with the President of Europe and European Leadership Team to 1) define business strategy, 2) drive projects to implement the strategy and 3) inform other business decisions.Levi Strauss Europe is growing rapidly and transforming for an increasingly digital future. This role is critical to and central to those changes.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, AI & Insights for Europe, you will be central to strategy projects undertaken by the team and collaborate with the rest of the team on select projects.You will independently structure ambiguous problems, develop project plans and execute against those plans to advise senior level colleagues.Energetic and collaborative, you also enjoy having fun during your workdays and embody the values that characterize Levi Strauss & Co.

About the Job:

You will frame a wide range of quantitative and qualitative problems, leading with hypothesis, and build through to applicable advice

You will perform sophisticated - but right-sized - analytics to support projects in topics ranging from marketing to merchandising and product development

You will ensure support from partners through output and developed interpersonal skills

You will contribute to collaborative projects across the Strategy, AI & Insights team as needed

About you:

You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a focus on consumer-facing industries, preferably in an international environment

Your hold at least a B.A./B.Sc./B.Eng.  An advanced degree in relevant topics preferred

You enjoy qualitative and quantitative problem-solving

You enjoy working in Excel, Alteryx or similar tools, ideally in a consumer-facing context; you are excited by the opportunity to learn other tools, e.g., Access, SQL, Dataiku

You might even have some experience with data visualization

Your working knowledge of accounting enhances financial analysis for strategic decision making

You are fluent in English, and maybe another European language too
