In particular, for the Chief Procurement Officer of JPMC, the group analyzes performance metrics and delivers analyses including benchmarking, industry trends and modeling.The group partners closely with Sourcing business mangers responsible for collecting, cleansing, classifying and analyzing expenditure data with the purpose of reducing procurement costs, improving efficiency and monitoring compliance.

 Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience of which 4+ should be concentrated in finance, investment/other banking with an emphasis on analytical work

Bachelor's degree in business related discipline – accounting or finance preferred

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables

Solid organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of driving results through cross-functional organization

Extraordinary modeling skills with the ability to challenge/validate assumptions

Solid understanding of key strategic frameworks/ financial concepts and application of same within the firm

Ability to develop, synthesize and present perspectives on key strategic/financial issues

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creative thinker with ability to simplify concepts and create or oversee the creation of Powerpoint/Pitch Pro documents

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

Ability to work effectively with senior management and work well under pressure

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

Highly motivated, self- directed and exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills

Communication skills - Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently, comfortable interacting with senior business/Corporate leaders

Organizational ability - Ability to handle numerous deliverables simultaneously, many with critical deadlines. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
