Key credit position with the Managed Assets Division to oversee the credit activity of the problem loan portfolios across the organization. Active involvement and leadership opportunities in the areas of risk management, monitoring, and reporting in a growing/dynamic organization. MAD approver of all problem loan requests requiring MAD and holding company review and approval. Active participant in the Loan Committee process.As needed, assist MAD representatives with the analysis and structuring of credit actions within the problem loan portfolio, ensuring timely and quantifiable action plans are in place with appropriate benchmarks.Key partner on credit initiatives within the Managed Assets Division. Leverage previous experience to lead projects as assigned. Mentorship role in the area of credit and risk management for the team of workout professionals. Potential to manage direct reports in the future as portfolio/process evolves. Key partner on credit initiatives within the Managed Assets Division. Ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in the areas of credit, risk management and workout.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Significant knowledge of banking services.
