The SVP/VP Account Services is the Account team leader within his/her assigned territory, responsible for establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships, providing ongoing strategic oversight of assigned accounts, and maintaining agency business practices and financial standards across territory while driving team
performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth.
The SVP/VP Account Services must have a proven track record with years of experience of not only independent execution of the SVP/VP responsibilities, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the GAS role.
The SVP/VP Account Services serves as the senior client business lead on his/her territory with a focus on management of prioritized and/or high-volume accounts. Must have a proven track record with years of experience of not only independent execution of the SVP/VP Account Services responsibilities, but also a demonstrated record of substantial business growth and staff development.
Experience and Education:
At least 4-7 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or client-side product management.Medical communications experience is perfered.
At least 2-4 years of experience managing direct reports
Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
Master’s degree in business or science
