Develops, implements, and manages business development strategies across for home health, hospice, palliative care and home infusion. Provides knowledge, leadership, facilitation, communication, and project structure/plan to drive effective, efficient and collaborative strategic and innovative projects within service areas

Collaborates with the operations team in developing specific marketing strategies. Collaborates as a thought partner with the Sys VP of Home and Community to understand challenges, formulate creative options and implement measurable solutions to drive growth opportunities

Develops comprehensive plans for executing strategic projects and initiatives within home care service areas.Secures cross-functional resources to accomplish delivery of initiatives and incorporates and aligns input from other experts to ensure delivery of the integrated plan(s).Manages to budget and metrics

Works in a collaborative, matrixed, environment to assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans, programs and business initiatives across PeaceHealth in Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care and Home Infusion.

Oversees implementation of technological innovations related to Customer Relationship Management Software and manages new programs.

Gathers intelligence to help prioritize potential ideas for home care services, validate future direction, identify innovations, and develop and maintain the strategic roadmap. 

Develops and maintains excellent working relationship with coworkers, health plans, physicians, facilities and community health partners

Establishes benchmarks to evaluate performance

Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


EDUCATION  

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.

Master’s Degree required or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING  

Minimum of 7 years healthcare leadership experience required.

Significant operating and business development success in Home Care service leadership role required with area of focus in Home Health, Hospice services and Home Infusion Service.

Experience working with leadership in large, complex not-for-profit healthcare organizations with advanced Home Care services programs preferred.

Experience in managing complex programs and projects, specifically with a focus on customer service, service excellence and patient experience activities.

Excellent working knowledge of healthcare system and payers

Ability in sales team / marketing team leadership

Experience with financial sustainability initiatives and quality improvement projects with desired outcomes.
