We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquision Director, with previous work in diversity, strategy development, external partnership expertise and college relations. The ideal candidate will have advertising and marketing industry knowledge of best practices and effective recruiting skills to advance our team.


What You'll Do


Lead the full life cycle recruitment process for Geometry North America: develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit candidates within limited candidate pools

Advocate for minorities and ensure equality across all business functionsManage candidate recruitment via direct sourcing, employee referrals and search partner relationships, as well as ongoing pipelining 

Lead the design, development and management of end to end talent acquisition practices, incuding but not limited to; sourcing, recruiting, employment branding, Diversity & Inclusion, recruiting operations and metrics reporting

Identify new and innovative resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand equity and awareness amongst qualified job seekers and passive candidates and continuously improve the candidate experience

Source, network with, and proactively reach out to underrepresented groups

Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR team projects outside day to day responsibilities of recruitment

Establish and partner with agencies and third-party vendors to facilitate an effective recruitment process

Build trust and credibility with leaders and hiring managers to understand and exceed their hiring expectations

Serve as key partner to business leaders by providing market/industry/competitive intelligence and candidate insights to influence and help shape talent decisions

Build a data-driven recruiting organization with a focus on developing recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights to business partners, drive decision making and measure ROI

Partner with HR leadership to provide excellent strategic partnership and guidance to business, identify efficiencies and build strong operating systems on issues that will result in the long-term success of candidates once they join Geometry

Set direction, priorities and metrics to inspire a team of Talent Acquisition professionals; seen as a coach and leads the talent acquisition team in pursuit of company goals

Help recruiters and hiring managers craft job descriptions, interview questions and other inclusive hiring materials

Build trust and credibility with leaders and hiring managers to understand and exceed their hiring expectations

Stay abreast of cutting-edge recruitment technologies and innovations and evolve Geometry’s systems and processes to scale for future growth and needs

Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leads providing market insights and data to ensure the agency is competitive in the marketplace and able to attract high quality talent

Champion Geometry’s culture both internally and externally

Perform other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate

7-10 years of Recruiting experience; preferrably in an advertising and marketing agency setting

Strategic, innovative and out of the box thinking

Enjoy people management and have demonstrated experience and scaling in-house recruiting teams

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to identify and build pools of qualified candidates

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS

Experience implementing an ATS a plus

Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and leadership at all levels

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to self-motivate and prioritize
