As such, operational excellence is a key priority of our Talent Acquisition organization and is the reason we are seeking a skilled TA Program Manager to create and drive excellence throughout our recruitment programs.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will help progress our recruiting priorities through programs such as candidate engagement, internal mobility, return to work, early career hiring, inclusive candidate sourcing, and alumni networking as well as develop tools and resources to maximize the success of our hiring teams.

As TA Program Manager you will also ensure the efficient business operations of the team related to compliance, policy and practices, efficiency metrics, budgets, vendor partnerships, and more. You will use your strong process orientation and attention to detail to ensure our programs are delivered on time and delight our end users. Responsibilities

Design and deliver critical programs and/or program enhancements related to candidate engagement, return to work, skilled trade, alumni engagement, and improved internal mobility

Develop, deploy and/or manage tools and resources that strengthen the efforts of our hiring teams to include hiring manager training and guides, recruiter guides, competency model, interview guides and materials, assessment tools, and other web based resources

Conduct research related to trends, industry news, initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, layoffs/available talent, and competitive employee compensation strategies

Improve the connectivity of our geographically dispersed TA team members through brown bags, sharing market trends and intel, recruiting best practices, and other internal communications

Budget Management

Manage vendor partnerships, contracts and agreements

Identify common solutions and develop program frameworks that support the business facing recruiting teams on activities such as campus recruiting, intern program management and developing inclusive candidate pipelines

Manage, maintain and refresh the employee referral program to include related campaigns

Support the development, updating and auditing of recruitment related policies, procedures incorporating best practices and market trends; partner with the Compliance and Legal teams

Lead and manage continuous process improvement efforts


Typical Education & Experience

BA or equivalent combination of education and experience


Required Skills and Education

Required Skills

8+ years of professional work experience to include 5+ years of program management, project management, or project coordination experience

Specific experience managing programs that were successfully implemented across a broad business or group

Practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources or Recruiting

Experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed groups of people in the execution of a project or program

Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills

Experience building detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables

Demonstrated experience solving complex problems that required a high degree of creativity and innovative thinking

Experience using data and trend analysis in communicating decision criteria, desired outcomes and to make business decisions

Ability to work independently occasionally with some level of ambiguity

PMP certification

Six Sigma or other process improvement certification

Experience working for a government contractor

Experience working in a recruiter role

Budget management experience
