The Technology Program Director is accountable for developing holistic real estate technology and data strategies for JLL Enterprise clients. The role is focused on expertly advising clients across the broad landscape of CRE & PropTech industry knowledge with a deep understanding of CRE business needs, industry trends, and the client’s business objectives.


The role will align to JLL Technology’s Account Success organization to ensure constant integration across all of JLL Technology’s functional organizations, products and service offerings and to the Corporate Solutions Account Executive allowing it to become a deeply embedded function of JLL’s overall service delivery to the client.

Delivers insights and best practices in business-technology innovation management by connecting the business potential of emerging technologies, industry leading thought-leadership and the client’s corporate strategy across the digital landscape

Recommends innovation priorities through a holistic strategic vision and delivery road map aligned to achieve the client’s strategic business objectives, create immersive digital customer experiences and powerful data-driven insights

Aligns technology and data operations through the life-cycle, aligning the delivery road map and vision to technology platform implementation and sustainability models through mastery in digital services delivery

Maintains a constant focus on delivery speed and agility, implementing new initiatives in a fast-paced, safeguarding information and maintaining a rigorous alignment to the client’s information security protocols.

Serve as the single point of accountability for all JLLT services delivered for a clients

During the life cycle of initiative delivery, this leader will continue to monitor the status and success of the initiatives and act as the liaison to the leadership teams.

Act as a point of escalation for customer concerns related to aligned digital platform and services

You’ll have a proven track record of providing technology solutions to customers, and advising them on their technology strategy, along with a deep understand of the market of CRE Technologies, Prop Tech, IWMS and Smart Buildings.
