Lead the Total Rewards team for the EMEA region

Develops and execute on Total Rewards objectives in line with business strategy

Drives Innovation in the Total Rewards area leadership, creativity and efficiency

Lead and supervise regional and/or global enterprise-wide projects

Monitors the effectiveness of specified Total Rewards programs and pro-actively works to develop recommended improvements

How you will do it

People Management and Development:

Direct management of Total Rewards team within EMEA region

Ensures that the team is fully utilized and that people are assigned to appropriate projects to deliver high quality products to the customer

Grows the employee’s skill set, taking responsibility for employee management, deployment, utilization and quality.

Project Management:

Manages regional and/or global enterprise-wide projects

Monitors the full scope of projects and activities within the region to ensure that the team is taking an enterprise-wide view on projects and is meeting business requirements in timely manner

Individually participates as a Total Rewards professional in a number of projects each year

Total Rewards Management and Consultancy:

Acts as a regional Total Rewards advisor to senior Human Resources leaders

Act as a vital member of the regional HR team to make sure to guarantee Total Rewards representation and alignment with HR and Business priorities

Monitors the effectiveness of specified Total Rewards programs and pro-actively works to develop and recommend improvements

Participates in and may oversee management and administration activities being performed in the region as well as ensures that all necessary documentation is maintained

Supports benefits activities, focusing on the implementation, maintenance and monitoring

Liaises with leadership, formulates, develops and implements policies and practices in the


Support across Business:

In project leadership role supports business Unit Directors

Collaborates with other regional team members to ensure knowledge sharing

Collaborates with and provide assistance to other Centres of Excellence

Relationship management & consultancy

Provide enterprise wide senior level consulting to the Business

Maintain broad C&B network and relations both internally and externally



A proven track record and extensive experience with all facets of broad-based Total Rewards across the EMEA region as well as significant exposure outside of EMEA

Mastery, Total Rewards technical skills (e.g. salary range design, incentive design) and understanding of the legal, labour and economic environment of the assigned region

Experience in all aspects of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits

Responsible for performance management and skill development of an assigned team

Strong large scale project management capabilities

Ability and personal skills to be a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business leaders and within region

Ability working toward deadlines, multi-tasking and operating in a fast paced environment

Ability to build partnerships with your Total Rewards team members, Human Resources and business managers, even when they are located in other parts of the world

Advanced experience with other Microsoft Office tools

Proficient skills in Project Management tools

Exceptional skills with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools


Experience working for an internal company

People management experience

Knowledge of Workday (HR system)

Experience with company car policies, global mobility, executive compensation or incentive design
