Unit Description

Leading Consumer Products Company's Corporate Service Segment Support team is hiring! 

The role of the Transition Director is not a simple one, but very rewarding when done well – this person is the main point of contact and the responsible party for managing change in a client organization, while minimizing costs and associated risk factors. This individual must first understand the operations of the client company and Leading Consumer Products Company, research and recommend positive changes, and manage the steps required to make the improvements. Transition includes due diligence, mobilization, and stabilization.

What you will do:

Collaborate with clients to plan and execute a transition from existing legacy systems, processes, work and services to the agreed Leading Consumer Products Company solution

Develop and manage a detailed phased transition plan and schedule synchronized with the overall transition schedule agreed with client organization

Build and Lead a team focused on transition tasks including: environment surveys, financial analysis, solution design team SME training and operational readiness

The teams will include; PMOs, Hard and Soft SME’s and financial support as needed 

Define, develop and document new business processes or procedures associated with transition to new solution

Monitor and manage resolution of issues identified prior to, during and immediately following solution implementation. 

Provide guidance on service level agreements

Negotiate changes, additions and base modifications during transition

Travel up to 75%

Virtual – can live anywhere in the USA; must be live close to major airportYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Experience in leading facilities transition projects

Experience in project leadership in planning, designing and implementing projects through completion

Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment

Ability to communicate effectively with:

Management – providing status information, suggesting corrective actions, and taking direction when decisions are made

Diverse customer organizations – accepting guidance and feedback on requirements and deliverables

Effective interpersonal skills

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience

BS/BA degree

You will have prior experience in:

IFS / IFM Management background

Understanding scope and RFP documents

Facilities Management experience: design, construction, real estate, space planning, project management, real estate management, strategic planning, operations,

Asset Management

Janitorial, Front of House, Food Service, etc.

Board industry experience: Healthcare, Pharma, Telcom, Banking, High Tech, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Aviation.

Corporate Department Knowledge: Human Resources, Finance, Tech, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Call Center, subcontract management, work order management, customer service,

International experience: U.S, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, South America. Europe.

Finance & Budget: Project, Departmental, Operational, Contract Management, Baseline Development,

Contract Management

Account Management

Change Management:

Complex Problem Solving

Team Building

Communication, verbal and written; timely and efficient

Presentations – building power point and other presentations and presenting them to a wide variety of audiences.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing operational support to existing and prospective client account's within a division or regional area within a division. Directs the support of one or more operational functions to support and to maintain compliance with the client contract. Aligns services in support of company or divisional initiatives. Provide services in support of the sales effort through feasibility studies, pricing, and quality service. Directs resources in response to client account needs and requests. Provides leadership and training to client accounts on operational subject matters. Supervises a team of operational/project support positions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Management Experience - 7 years

Basic Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in operations
