Support CIB sales efforts through consultative and collaborative partnership with the CIB sales team and engagement with C-suite client contacts

Support CB opportunities through strategic engagement to advance sales

Create presentation decks, provide RFP content, develop compelling business case / value proposition for consideration by decision makers

Develop new or underserved market opportunities through industry stratification and relationship expansion

Attend sales conferences to continue industry education, engage with clients, and identify prospects

Serve as subject matter expert and thought leader in healthcare space; create white papers, deliver speaking engagements, or engage in other marketing efforts to further support business initiatives

Maintain in-depth understanding of health care industry segment including trends and impacts of federal health care reform legislation, and the common healthcare I.T. systems and transaction processors

Maintain in-depth understanding of competitive products, services and pricing models to assist in positioning JPM most positively in market as well as providing relevant competitive intelligence to JPM product management

Build out and manage team of healthcare industry and solution experts to support growth of business

Minimum of 10 years professional work experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Payments

Minimum 7 years in a Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Account Management role

Minimum 5 years in a Lead or Management role

Minimum 5 year’s experience working with healthcare providers and payers, with in depth knowledge of the healthcare industry segment and revenue cycle, and experience with both commercial and consumer payment models (deep expertise in at least one and some level of expertise in the other)

Strong leadership qualities, such as team building and working effectively across a large, matrix organization

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Has the ability to use various PC and internet-based systems and software to manage their business and sales initiatives

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Travel Requirements 25% - 50%
