Supplier enablement strategy planning: Understanding client business objectives and requirements, and consulting with the client on recommended/best practice paths to achieve goals.

Campaign strategy development

Identification and assessment of targeted vendors and segments by synthesizing sophisticated analytics with self-directed research and qualitative information provided by field partners and client.

Strategies and tactics aimed at increasing supplier adoption to card, including early payment offers and other incentives and incorporating best practices

Recruitment strategy development and execution oversight, via collaboration with Supplier Experience Recruitment and Supplier Support teams. 

Development of supplier communication collateral

Program goal driven recruitment strategy development

Reporting, monitoring and analyzing campaign progress to assess campaign effectiveness, and ongoing campaign strategy calibration to deliver campaign goals

Continuous improvement and campaign strategy evolution:

Leverage and share lessons learned during campaigns to champion best practices and holistic campaign strategy improvements

Incorporate new campaign processes tied to Product development and Product strategy, and provide input and recommendations on campaign process refinement in the spirit of a continuous improvement environment

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years of professional experience

3+years of experience in credit card industry, financial services or merchant services

3+ years of experience with customer management (internal and external)

Background in procurement or payments sector across a range of industries and company size preferred

Ability to handle multiple campaigns and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines

Demonstrated success in developing consultative relationships with clients and partners

High EQ – demonstrates sensitivity and awareness, with sound interpersonal skills

Proactive communication skills and strong verbal and written communication

Ability to present and communicate effectively and confidently

Excellent analytical, creative solution and problem solving skills

High degree of motivation and strong work ethic

Ability to prioritize and self-direct

Can quickly adapt, and resolve escalating complex issues in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Power user of MS Office Suite – specifically: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
