? Maintain responsibility for building and defining the data strategy of our global tools
and systems. Work closely with all stakeholders to vet technology decisions that
support product capabilities now and for the future and guide it successfully through
? Have a thorough understanding of the data related business needs of the organization
and how to use data to impact Capgemini client sales.
? Conduct evaluations of data related technology standards, tools, products, and
solutions, make rational design decisions from business and technical perspectives and
? Act as an advisor to the Company in reference to enterprise data architecture strategies
to be employed to best take advantage of the benefits offered by various computing
trends. Define guidelines and recommendations based on leading industry practices
tailored to Capgemini needs and infrastructure.
? Develop, communicate and enforce data related technology standards and the right
level of compliance policies to be still able to deliver to our internal and external

? Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal functions like Group Security to
implement data privacy policies and advise on compliance with data protection
? Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality and protection of data to ensure
Capgemini will be compliant with all current and future required global regulations.
This will be critical as we sell new deals to customers to ensure their data is secured
? Determine where to cut costs and increase revenue based on insights derived from
? Need to be able to lead, motivate and manage large data and analytics technical teams
within a large, complex business
? Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection to
executive members and staff.
? Have knowledge of relevant applications, big data solutions, and tools.
Profile / Competencies
? Master�s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
? Must have had at least 8 – 10 years of working experience in a senior data
management, Data Analytics or Data Science position within a complex business
? Global management experience with strong leadership, communication skills
? Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both
large and small audiences
? Capable of effectively navigating complex business challenges in ambiguous settings
with solid business judgment and risk management
? Analytically minded with strong program management skills
? Strong interpersonal skills with executive credibility
