• Assisting in originating conducting credit research and analysis and evaluating and analysing the financial needs of corporate and real estate clients and any other applicable quantitative and qualitative analysis; 

• Identifying and developing business opportunities, preparing marketing materials and presentations and assisting in client relationship development; 

• Work closely with senior directors in executing transactions by acting as project coordinator, due diligence and valuation manager; 

• Responsible for the development of valuation models, pro-forma financial statements and comparable company analysis, etc to perform asset and corporate valuations; 

• Drafting documentations including non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, loan documentation, intercreditor documents; 

• Assisting in loan position selldowns and secondary loan sourcing and sales: processing NDAs, drafting invitation letters, prepare transaction teaser documents and information memoranda, liaising with potential syndication targets 

• Ongoing file management: periodic reporting on key positions of the group, analysis of covenant compliance, engaging with existing borrowers to monitor performance.

• Deliver high quality work well and on time and manage multiple projects under time pressure; 

• Be an effective communicator, working closely with clients and execution teams to ensure deals are executed smoothly and transaction risks minimised; 

Competency and Experience Requirements; 

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; 

• Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills; 

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 

• A high level of attention to detail; 

• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills; 

• The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines; 

• The ability to perform effectively in a team environment; 

• High personal and professional standards; 

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations; 

• A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork; 

• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts; 

• Banking experience would be beneficial; 

• Fluency in at least one Asian language would be beneficial.
