This position manages and governs integration Acquisitions across the Enterprise. The individual will provide leadership and program management for the successful integration of all acquisitions, currently 12-15 per year. He/She will work closely with Finance leaders to ensure goals are met. He/She will work with counterparts in operations, HR, IT, Corporate Affairs to ensure the integration is completed on time and within the financial goals committed to ensure the integrated organization is successful. This role will have strong influence in setting the direction for the overall integration of newly acquired organizations.
Works closely with the SVP Enterprise Finance, SVP Corp Development, and business leaders to identify, prioritize and identify integration activities.
Translate the integration strategy into executable plans with appropriate budgets to enable consistent integration results
Monitors key performance metrics and communicates performance. Identify and communicate potential risks and mitigate control risks.
Ensures all the financial processes and support are in place to enable deal close and Day One business operation. Minimize disruption to the existing business while executing the integration strategy.
Ensure deal value creation
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of senior level Finance/Operations leadership with significant involvement in M&A activities.
Experience working in and leading cross functional teams.
Track record in successful integration of acquired companies with proven value creation would be ideal.
Willingness to "roll up the sleeves" in terms of problem solving and improvement actions.
Ability to work and drive results over a large number of transactions/project
Proven leadership and influence skills with cross functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills(the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills)
Able to successfully interact with all levels of leadership, including CEO and Board of Directors.
