You will lead and manage the direct auto loan sales team and develop and oversee the execution of the business plan, and product management and product delivery activities. We are looking for you to be strategic, able to create lifecycle journeys, and also oversee the development of the technology needed to bring those journeys to life.

Lead your team with the experience and skills you've acquired in direct auto lending to create the mechanisms and infrastructure required to deliver a set of unique loan products to borrowers within a specifically defined niche - one that consists of exceptionally well-qualifed individuals who are seeking terms and structures that are not typically offered by the traditional lenders to remain within their self-imposed budget constraint. 


The Role


Assume overall strategic responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Bank's direct auto loan portfolio

Lead the geographic expansion initiative to achieve a national presence

Guide the development of lifecycle journeys and oversee the installation of the technology needed to bring those journeys to life

Develop alliances to produce incremental loan business and create cross-selling opportunities

Maintain compliance with processes, policies, and procedures

Exercise administrative control over all phases of the department's operations, directly and through the collaboration with other divisions

Meet regularly with team members and peers within the organization, to enhance internal operations, resolve issues, and drive improvements in performance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to proactively raise operating efficiency and effectiveness, maintain a competitive position within the marketplace and enhance profitability


Are You A Fit?


5+ years’ guiding, growing, and overseeing the performance of a direct auto loan platform within the retail banking industry

Solid automobile loan product management, sales management and risk management

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Sound knowledge of website and marketing anaytics tools

Strong analytical , strategic, and critical thinking skills

Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills

Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skill development, coaching for improvement and growth, inspiring others through words and actions, ensuring positive employee morale

Detailed-oriented with continuous process improvement methodologies

Effective interpersonal, managerial, and organization skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, other related fields of study or equivalent experience
