Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Lead and drive E2E Digital Servicing & Operating Model implementation regionally for corporate servicing operations
Work closely with internal stakeholders (business, technology, operations) and customers using 4D journey approach and providing fit-for-purpose solutions.
Align with IBGO vision of SMART operations and be part of team to build digital solutions for IBG servicing and ops platform, especially in the area of Corporate Loans.
Produce accurate and detailed project reports and presentations to update the team’s project milestones and status to senior management on a timely basis
Experience on design thinking, and human-cantered design methodologies within scope of initiatives
Work across business & technology lines, platforms and functions to define, analyse and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practice, regulatory and legal compliance.
Manage project resource and budget, scope, risk, schedule and progress, performance, deliverables, issues, escalations and conflicts
Engage team and stakeholders throughout the various stages of Agile projects Delivery
Produce and maintain key project updates and documentation using Jira dashboard and/or interactive dashboards throughout the project lifecycle
Effectively apply Agile delivery Methods and enforces DBS project standards
Support IBG Ops Regional Corporate Services Operations Product Owners in implementing strategic IPA solutions and resolving project issues
Degree holder with minimum 5-8 years of experience in change management, business process improvement initiatives and project management involving business process and technology change within financial institutions
Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in end-to-end project life cycle delivery in the financial services environment
Project Management certification an added advantage
Experience on UI/UX design will be an added advantage
Technical skills and knowledge on Agile methodologies will be an added advantage
Technical skills relating to AI/ML will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to navigate in a complex environment and achieve outcome
Able to work under stress & tight timelines
