Lead and manage the profit contributions on your accounts; constantly strives for opportunities to build additional business from your Clients. Control costs, such as account handling expenses, write-offs, and other concessions involved in brand leadership.
Drive the strategy for your accounts based on a deep understanding of the business.
Ensures that the resources of the Agency, department by department, are deployed with continued maximum effectiveness in the interest of your account(s).
Maintain active liaison role with middle and/or senior Client management. When appropriate, involves top Agency management in individual Client business.
Maintain high level understanding across all client work and steps in front of and potential issues or questions
Guide, advise, assist, your brand leadership team in developing and presenting new proposals to clients
Active in preparing all planning and marketing plans for clients
Actively involved in frequent agency production; familiar with the agency production process within both traditional and non-traditional work
Develop and maintains close relationships with Director + leads on business to ensure effective internal collaboration on work
Maintain continual internal communication between Brand, Creative, and Strategy teams at Barkley
Must be an industry leader with highly visible profile with 8+ years of experience within an advertising agency setting
Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships
Three plus years of management experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Any experience within retail or within grocery verticals will be quickly prioritized for consideration
