Drive Improved Operating process
RVP onboarding/and operational support
New Hire AE development
Segment alignment and deployment within all technology tools
Functional Area Liaison
Inventory Management- aged orders, custom inventory assignment and blankets
Play a key role in developing and driving sales execution and sales optimization
Pricing system and administration
Sales and sales related reporting/visibility
AE/RVP commission and bonus compensation
Market Share opportunity /team coverage
Improve AE productivity and efficiency through technology enablement
AE order assignment/segment/channel identification for compensation and reporting
Split commission policy execution
Visual Dashboards/Focused insights
Sales collateral content storage and access
Support execution, tracking, visibility of sales promotions and incentive programs
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
Minimum of 7 years of product management, marketing or sales experience.
Experience (or a sound understanding) in manufacturing and sales.
Knowledge of flooring products, distribution options, sales strategies, forecasting tools and manufacturing capabilities.
Ability to influence and foster teamwork at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Must be able to prioritize and delegate.
Must have strong/proven leadership and organizational skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, analyze, and draw conclusions from industry, general business and statistical and financial data.
Demonstrated innovation and creativity in developing effective sales and strategies and tactics
