Our Exciting Opportunity


The VP of Customer Operations role will lead all national services execution programs and deliver superior operational performance to our customer across each Region, with high responsibility in forging positive relationships with the Customer Unit (CU) Regional Vice Presidents. 


You will


• Consolidate and drive requirements on performance and cost improvement plans towards service delivery functions


• Ensure Networks Operations and Services Sales financial and CRM health and accuracy are second to none


• Lead a small team of Customer Operations Directors


• Provide Operations support for post sales – costing, scope questions coming from regions, supporting internal reporting for MBRs, Regional Governance, and leading National Governance Calls, definition of Dashboards, generation of information and validation


• Serve as National Customer Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for any new opportunities Pre-Sales support for selected opportunities of National scope or not Regionally lead due to size/scope


• Manage NPI/FOA, and all National rollout programs


• Be responsible for Material forecast, inventory levels and obsolete material reduction 


To be successful in the role you must have


• 7+ years of experience in leadership roles


• Previous experience exceeding customer expectations through effective management of large-scale build & services engagements


• The ability to navigate fast paced situations with senior-level leaders


• Bachelor’s degree at minimum, MBA highly preferred


This role reports directly to the VP South Central Region
