Razorfish Health is seeking a VP, Director of Analytics. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for developing custom data and analytical solutions to help our growing list of clients but also a leader and mentor to one of the most nuanced analytics team our industry has to offer. The VP, Director of Analytics will work closely with our client’s analytics, marketing, content, and consumer research teams. This position will be responsible for advancing our analytic engagements with key clients by bringing to light modern measurement solutions and techniques.

Relationship builder


Developing and cultivating relationships with key team members across the agency such as the technology, strategy, creative and account management teams

Build strong client relationships, often working with others to identify the most valuable connections to make

Deep knowledge of data technology solutions

Invent, design and implement custom analyses that bring new thinking to our work 

Perform hands-on analysis to proactively provide in depth insights, trending, behaviors and relationships across all channels to help support the client and team needs

Problem Solver


Must be able to activate team to understand how to identify business issues that can be translated into business opportunities

Must be willing to get hands dirty and dig into the data and problem solve

Team leader


Must project leadership across multiple clients

Must be able to groom junior level team members to be strong analytics partners to their clients

 Accountable for executional excellence across all client work and able to ensure deliverables are focused on actionable insights


Qualifications


8+ years of agency or analytics experience

Pharma and/or Healthcare experience is strongly preferred

Prescription Data experience is strongly preferred

Successfully led large scale and complex marketing analytics engagements

Mastery of the digital analytics space and has innovated to develop new opportunities

Has demonstrated thought leadership within their organization by becoming a subject matter expert within an analytics environment  

Has exhibited strong communication skills and has the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences

Ability to translate findings/results into clear, actionable and executable insights

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong business development skills a plus
