Shape the overall Digital Wealth Management product/ RM Mobility vision and roadmap for Consumer Banking business

Act as product specialist in cash equity, Unit Trust & FX to continue activate and boost the sale of online investment products, and working closely with branches - frontline sales/ relationship manager team leaders

Develop ideas to grow online channel share and conversion funnel across our digital platforms, internally and externally

Lead and oversees various digital acquisition journey across platforms to ensure consistency from online application till fulfilment

Collaborating with different stakeholders who often have different set of concerns

Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome

Drive customer immersions and champion the voice of customers by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) with any stakeholders

Develop and implement new Fintech technology via POC, to lead the market with tech & product edge with unique value proposition


Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new Fintech products and advisory technologies

Strong investment products knowledge

CFA, CFP, CPWP, holder of SFC / HKMA license is ideal, but not a must

At least 5 years related banking and technical experience

Result oriented to drive key metrics including Digital Value Capture, online channel share and revenue

Customer centric with eye for details, to develop best in class digital customer journey

Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder

Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and dynamic environment

Proficient in project & product management, customer experience, and compliance matters
