Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company is hiring a New York City-based, VP, DSP Partnerships reporting to the GM, Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Markets. This role will be a critical member of the Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Markets leadership team that is relentlessly working to 1) scale the marketplace platform through with television is transacted and 2) offer marketers differentiated media solutions based on Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company's unique view of aggregated premium inventory and access to proprietary data. The person in this role will be globally responsible for all buy side technology partners integrated with Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Markets, including relationship ownership, strategy, and revenue enablement. Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company defines DSPs as any buy side technology platform capable of buying media in an automated way, including but not limited partners with RTB integrations (i.e. traditional DSPs).

Core Responsibilities

Ensure that Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Markets is partnered with all relevant DSPs that transact on traditional TV or premium digital video advertising

Develop and implement Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company's business and product strategy for its DSP partners based, in part, by a deep understanding of those partners' short/mid/long-term video strategies, business Organizationels, and technologies and the broader media buying value chain

Manage and grow a global team of advertising technology professionals to support business development, strategic account management, and transactional account management of global DSP partners

Maintain executive-level relationships with Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company's DSP partners and serve as the Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company's executive owner of those relationships

Partner with Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company's Global Services team to develop and implement enterprise-grade processes, organizations, and infrastructure to maintain healthy, frictionless DSP partner integrations

Partner closely with the leadership of Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Markets Media sales organization to identify and execute on media sales initiatives

Partner with various internal teams and business divisions , including Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Legal, Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Publishers and Leading Advertising/PR/Marketing/Events Company Advertisers

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree, MBA a plus

10+ year of programmatic digital advertising experience required, working for either a buy side technology company (i.e. DSP), premium publisher, or marketplace/exchange

Digital video experience strongly preferred, Linear TV experience a plus

Proven experience in managing a global team and serving as an executive leader within an organization

Excellent verbal/written communication and client relationship skills

Recognized self-starter capable of flourishing in fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High EQ, with the ability to build consensus and collaborate across internal and external groups

Ability to translate complicated concepts & capabilities in a simple, clear and concise manner

Generally requires 15+ years related experience
