This position will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the Midwest, though the greater Chicago area is preferred.
Responsible for achieving targeted revenue growth for Sharecare through business development efforts.
Create awareness of Sharecare’s capabilities in each market within the region for Enterprise opportunities, which included large employers (5,000+ employees), health plans and TPAs
Develop a comprehensive Go to Market plan outlining the direct employer, consultant and health plan relationships to hit revenue targets for 2020 and subsequent years.
Drive market opportunities through knowledge of the Gallup-Sharecare Well-being Index and of the industry’s challenges, and then position Sharecare’s solutions with prospective Enterprise qualified opportunities for Blue Zones Project, digital health platform, and high touch coaching programs.
Identify external sales partners, ie consultants, brokers and other group purchasing relationships, within the assigned region to facilitate sales of Sharecare products/services.
Serves as subject matter expert on Sharecare offerings and can bring a consultative approach in positioning Sharecare’s solutions against the competition.
Collaborate with the account management teams managing clients in the region in order to identify and streamline upsell opportunities.
Deliver competitive market intelligence and insights to product management and marketing, which will enable stronger growth within the region; provide input to product development teams to develop new products and deliver them to the market constituents.
Foster a team mentality throughout the sales process, including implementations.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that reflect the core values of Sharecare.
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of a wide variety of factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for positioning solutions.
Generally requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Generally requires a Bachelor's Degree
Proficient experience with Salesforce
Sales training and experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual selling is necessary.
Demonstrate service excellence
Outstanding track record of achieving exceptional sales results within a competitive environment.
High energy, drive, achievement orientation.
Experience in an entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills and with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
The ability to take a vigorous hands-on role in marketing products and services to large accounts on a direct basis or via the consultant community.
Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in a style that exhibits maturity, leadership, sensitivity and teamwork.
