Position Summary: The Vice President of Enterprise Sales - Title is responsible for sales and business development for the Selene Title business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:


• Establish a best-in-class national sales and business development plan with the necessary culture, behaviors, and action plans


• Develops and implements the business plan, budget, and forecasts to achieve sales, market share, and market growth targets and retention strategies to attain overall financial goals for designated area


• Manages planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, CRM data quality, sales program implementation, recruiting and selection of top talent for sales force


• Partners with EVP, Business Development, and senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvements; fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organizations efficient operation and success


• Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place


• Research growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies


• Responsible for developing a strategic plan to drive sustained and continuous sales growth


• Directs sales force effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales force productivity and/or account portfolio management


• Attend and present at external customer meetings, conferences, events, and internal company functions to aid business development


• Communicate effectively with a specific focus on effective listening to understand the customer need


• Partner closely with Selene operational teams to ensure that the scope of work being sold can be effectively executed according to client needs

• Experience in working with large financial institutions resulting in bringing on new Bulk and Flow title orders for the SFR, Origination, and Default market segments


• Proven results with signing new clients and managing executive relationships


• Business and operational expertise in SFR, Default, and Origination title products and Services


• Reports directly to the CRO and works in a team environment incented to win


• 7-10 years of direct experience required • Strong leadership skills with the ability and experience to manage people


• Ability to work well under pressure, handle competing priorities and meet deadlines


• A high level of confidentiality to protect privacy rights 


• Effectiveness as a team player


• Ability to easily prioritize job duties according to the needs of the company


• Strong sense of professionalism and positivity

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in business related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred. Seven to ten years' related experience and/or training required. At least two years' experience in supervisory or team lead role required.
