Reprise is looking for a dynamic, experienced VP Finance Director to join their team in New York. The VP, Finance Director is responsible for the oversight of financial operations and analysis for Reprise clients across the US, including recommending any changes necessary to achieve goals and improve profitability. This role is also an integral position in the brand’s US FP&A process, responsible for keeping the pulse of the agency business and evaluation performance relative to Key performance targets. This position will work closely with the client Finance directors responsible for the day to day financial management of Reprise’s clients and targets. In addition, this position will be the main point of contact for working with Global client finance on commercial proposals and negotiations related to new business.

Essential Functions

Responsible to partner and co-manage Client P&L with Client finance and account leads

Manage end to end forecasting process, including preparing various templates and communication with finance team to ensure deliverables are met

Create and manage forecasting cycle calendars that include time for review with SVP and Executive leadership

Manage final submission for forecasts in B&F and Hyperion

Prepare reports and presentations, providing insightful analysis on the financial performance of the business

Management and delivery of all MBNA reporting for monthly close , Qtrly reporting, Qtrly flash, and end of month flash process

Management and consolidated delivery of all requests from MBNA and Rev Rec such as PE schedules, Variable compensation templates, etc

Lead regular check ins with each of the client finance directors to remain involved and aware of the financial progress and growth of Reprise clients.

Advise and assist the individual client finance directors as necessary, providing high level assistance on any top level projects and issues as they arise

Co-Lead the development and negotiation of Client contracts, ensuring that key contractual requirements are addressed and included

Partner with account team to maintain expert knowledge of client’s business models, contractual arrangements, key strengths, opportunities and risks

Continually advise SVP with any issues within client portfolio that impact the business

 Lead management of rolling staffing budget file to manage and track staff costs throughout the year. Meet regularly with TA, Operations, account leads and finance directors to assess staffing requests.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required

 Prior media agency experience a plus

10+ years of Finance experience

Able to work in a fast paced environment with problem solving skills

The individual will be expected to work independently and also be able to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving, and results

Working knowledge of GAAP is required

Candidate must be proficient with MS Office products such as Excel, Power Point, and Access

SAP & Hyperion experience preferred
