As the Global Partners Program Manager for FIS’ Corporate Liquidity and Insurance division you will work within the Product Organisation and liaise with the Global Sales teams to define the channel programs and relationships to create an ecosystem that both grows and supports our customer base.

Key responsibilities will include:

• You will develop and execute the CL&I partnership strategy for the next 12 - 18 months with the help of stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing & Delivery – helping decide and executing on focused markets and industry verticals

• You will both directly and indirectly manage partner managers within the organization to achieve to execute against the strategy

• You help further develop and execute against partner enablement plans

• You will develop deep and broad relationships with executives at partner organizations, and be the FIS go-to-person for some of these partners

• You will lead commercial and contractual negotiations with partners and onboard them as partners

• You will identify mechanisms to track results and feed this back to FIS colleagues and leaders

• You will drive joint development of co-marketing material in terms of case studies, thought leadership, article creation, videos, sales cards, online assets etc.

• You will help develop programs to effectively communicate with all partners

• You will identify other new opportunities in collaboration with FIS colleagues, defining a business cases to justify further investment

• You will develop and monitor the partner landscape in general, in particular the prioritized countries

• You will create best practices share learnings and across the corporation

What you bring

• A deep understanding of the financial services and technology industry

• Experience of driving and delivering sales results

• Strong channel or product marketing experience

• Experience of developing purposeful partnership frameworks and ecosystems

• Experience of commercial management and negotiation

• Not afraid to challenge the status quo

• Strong leadership, people and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and a team player

• Ability to work autonomously and proactively

• Strong organizational skills and be ability to communicate at all levels

• Ability to be able to manage multiple priorities within established timeframes with flexibility

• Ability to travel 50% -60%
