Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for a Vice President of Global Solution Development, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer out of our Global Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This role will enable the Global Solution Development team to drive the innovation and deployment of effective and efficient tools and processes.
Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Define and lead Dematic’s Solution Development strategy, enhancing market leadership in solutions for key global accounts.
Drive the creation of new solutions, and sunsetting of legacy solutions as needed to deliver services which exceed our customers’ expectations.
Partner closely with global sales organization to conceptualize and create new systems and strategies for key account.
Act as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Manage by designing/implementing processes that provide high level of customer satisfaction at effective cost.
Effectively build a culture that fosters team work and cooperation to improve efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
20+ years of logistics, supply chain, automation, and distribution experience with 10+ years of direct applicable experience at an executive level.
Experience leading and providing oversight and strategy related to Sales, Engineering, Consulting and Project Management is required for this role.
Proven capability to create a company-wide approach to solution development that will innovatively drive the roll out of new solutions, sub-systems, and tools.
Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise, mission critical solutions
Experience in the analysis of performance metrics; short and long term technology development planning, evaluation, testing, and selection
Demonstrated ability to innovate and create strategies that significantly improve practices that enable the organization to achieve business and technical results.
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills at all levels, and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders including internal stakeholders, customers and vendors and be seen as a trusted advisor.
Experience with manpower planning, recruiting and budgeting/forecasting.
