Assists in the end-to-end process of planning, developing, implementing and evaluating learning and development solutions related to assigned portfolio of internal clients

Assists in the management and resolution of complex enquiries from internal customers

Delivers full range of programme solutions - stand-up training, facilitation, and team-based interventions to enhance effectiveness of learners

Conducts and analyses learning needs through proactive interactions with the clients

Continually evaluates and assesses training curriculum, delivery and participants' feedback to improve effectiveness of programme design and delivery

Monitors clients’ strategic developments and derive their implications for learning 

Ensures flawless execution of curriculum to create optimal client experience.Represents DBS Academy to stakeholders through clear and concise, client-oriented communication

Manages the bank’s calendar programmes by continually assessing relevance, scope, demand and impact

Identifies, evaluates and recommends appropriate training consultants or vendors to client where appropriate

Builds trusting partnerships with DBS Centre of Competence, Business HR and client representatives

Proactively identifies and pitches opportunities in support of client’s business strategy

Identifies opportunities to innovate and pushes boundaries in own delivery.Actively seeks feedback from peers and clients for self-improvement

Ensures all areas of work fulfil internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

Take on additional projects, tasks and responsibilities as and when directed by Department Head/Regional BLP

Requirements

Bachelor degree or international equivalent

At Least 10 years of Advanced Learning and Development experience

Experience in Program design and stand up delivery/facilitation

Good understanding of Learning Value Chain, especially in the area of learning consulting

Strong project and change management capabilities.

Experience in building strong and effective professional relationship in a complex organization

Proven team player with solid presentation and communication skills
