DUOS is focused on reimagining freedom at any age by providing older adults with the support they need to age independently.We are looking for a VP of Marketing to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate is a passionate and experienced leader who combines strong creative and analytical skills. They are a results-driven strategist who has helped build a marketing function in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  


This person is responsible for developing the team and infrastructure to support our two core marketing functions:


• B2B2C: driving our user acquisition efforts across all channels


• B2B: providing business development support to our Sales organization to drive top-line revenue growth and retention


This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the CEO.


Responsibilities


• Develop and nurture a culture of testing and experimentation to innovate on how we drive business growth and user acquisition


• Continue to build out our marketing KPIs and reporting infrastructure to ensure a strong analytic foundation to support the function’s ability to rapidly test and learn


• Develop a marketing roadmap that outlines our path to implementing a high-performing function in support of both B2B and B2C growth


• Build out the Marketing team by identifying, prioritizing, and executing on our talent needs as we evolve


• Optimize our end-to-end member acquisition funnel across all channels (e.g. digital, print, community outreach, etc.) with full accountability for forecasting and activation


• Evolve brand strategy, including audience prioritization, positioning, messaging and identity


• Oversee all creative execution across experiences and channels to ensure brand consistency


• Partner with Sales to develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy (e.g. campaigns, events, thought leadership, etc.)


• Own and drive overall DUOS corporate marketing strategy, including brand and content on all DUOS O&O platforms


• Lead the integration and management of all marketing partners, including agencies, freelancers, consultants and vendors.


Must Have Qualifications


• 10+ years of relevant functional experience


• Track record of exceeding acquisition and retention goals


• Experience in a high growth start-up environment


• Strong understanding of and bias for the quantitative side of Marketing


• Willingness to lead as a player-coach while the team scales


• Ability to spot and develop awesome talent and experience building a team


• Passion for our mission


Nice-to-Have Qualifications


• Experience operating in a B2B2C business model


• Experience in digital healthcare
