Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Develop go-forward strategy for the consulting business, focused on creating value for clients and growth for Data Innovations. Implement operational priorities, performance standards, metrics, and plans to execute against the strategy.
Own and drive the change management process associated with the implementation of the Consulting Services strategy, new solutions and any changes to the operating model
Lead the creation of revenue growth through consulting services
Partner with HR to develop the right organization design. Recruit, onboard, develop, motivate and engage talent to accelerate the success of the Technical and Professional Services team. Build, mentor and coach a high performing management team.
Understand customer and channel needs as well as market trends, and set direction and priorities based on findings and insights. Be the executive sponsor for named strategic accounts.
Drive growth and evolution of our tools and implementation methodologies and toolkits to improve margins, backlog and resource management, project cycle times and overall ensure the quality of projects improve as our organization grows
Develop best practices for various types of client engagements
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Sales, providing feedback from customers on product quality and features, influencing design for supportability and driving changes to improve customer experience
Oversee the quality of client engagements and develop the right KPI analysis to drive desired behaviors and outcomes. Prepare reporting and trend analysis for presentation to executive leadership on revenue, margins, utilization, and client success
As a member of the executive team, shape overall company strategy, priorities and plans to achieve strategy
Identify, acquire, and manage technology solutions and partnerships necessary to achieve goals
Proven track record of running large complex programs with multiple implementations and/or solution deployments and tracking projects’ key performance indicators
Superior communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting to and persuading executive audiences
Proven track record of strategic thinking combined with strong execution
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to market and business changes
Visible leadership skills and executive presence; motivates individuals and teams to achieve objectives.
Able to attract, develop and retain talent and build high performing teams.

Experience with hosted and/or SAAS business models
Strong data and analytical skills, and proven experience making data-driven decisions
Meet travel requirements of the position of 40-50%
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years’ experience in leadership positions at a technology company OR a combination of education and related working experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
