Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.
What you will do:
Building and maintaining relationships with large automotive groups and their Corporate and regional level stakeholders.
Provide leadership in Major Account Management with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and Retention.
Develop and execute forward thinking Account Engagement Strategies designed to meet internal and client facing goals.
Continually identify, execute, and refine cross-organizational processes to support the on-going enhancement of automotiveMastermind, its product development, and client-facing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stimulate solution-based cooperation for solving client challenges.
Propose pro-active initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities by leveraging the growing automotiveMastermind product set.
Successfully extract client’s business goals and objectives through robust business analysis and focused evaluation of KPIs.
Report on full portfolio of automotiveMastermind product set including KPI’s, open initiatives, product roadmaps, etc. to stimulate utilization of our technologies.
Exceed assigned account revenue goals by selling or upselling the full aM platform at the corporate or regional level or by assisting the field in achieving new sales at the store level.
Who you are:
7-10 years of experience working in technology in a business development or product management capacity at a market leading company
Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally
Knowledge of and experience within the auto industry and working with Auto Dealer Groups
Extensive experience formulating a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan
Technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers
Extensive industry contacts and ability to navigate technology landscape
Proven experience starting from scratch to develop, negotiate and structuring complex deals
Passionate about technology and its ability to have a meaningful impact on the world
Great at execution: results-driven, detail-oriented, organized self-starter
Fun to work with, excellent at teamwork and cross group collaboration
Creative, critical and solution-first thinker with client service mentality
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, product managers and engineers
Can handle multiple projects and priorities in an extremely fast paced environment
MBA from top-tier school preferred
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required. This position requires 50% travel a week.
