As the VP of Growth, you will be a valued member of ThirdLove’s executive team. Reporting directly to the founders, you will focus on the overall strategic direction for Growth. We’re looking for a highly analytical leader with a proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth to lead new customer acquisition efforts, increase retention and grow brand awareness at one of the fastest growing brands in America. You are both strategic and hands-on, love a good challenge, are passionate for testing and learning, and have a track-record of delivering high-ROI results.

In this role, you will manage a 8-figure budget, work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Creative. We’re seeking an individual who is a positive and thoughtful self-starter that can take initiative and adapt to evolving circumstances. This leader should have extensive consumer marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce and retail, with a true passion for scaling a brand.


Responsible for driving strategy, budget and execution for all growth marketing initiatives

Analyzing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team

Driving vision for team growth and organizational structure and provide leadership and coaching to all team members.

Creating and optimizing best online marketing initiatives by applying analytical knowledge and depth of insight around online and offline behavior

Recruiting and hiring exceptional team members

Collaborating, motivating and iterating with creative, product and engineering teams

Provide clear communication across the entire organization

Act as an advocate for the consumer and for the brand

Serve as a key member of the ThirdLove leadership team

Partnering with Finance; Managing budget to support Profit & Loss (P&L) goals


15+ years of relevant work experience in the area of Marketing in a related industry (eCommerce, consumer, etc.)

Concrete experience managing complex projects and programs that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align with multiple teams and stakeholders

Must be a results-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI.

Expertise with reporting, budgeting and attribution tracking and the latest tracking and measurement technologies.

Fluency in KPIs and marketing best practices across all channels, including SEM, SEO, programmatic, email, social, radio, TV, podcast, direct mail and more.

Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs.

Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape

Proactive, solutions-oriented. Ready to jump in head first

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is critical
