Robert Half HR Services is seeking an established VP of HR for a growing technology organization whose headquarters are based in Fremont, CA.

The VP of HR will help with develop employees, assist with conducting analysis, foster diversity, and inclusion within the workforce. Running periodic employee surveys, collecting feedback, conducting analysis, and coordinating action. Develop manage appropriate HR and administrative policies and programs to support a growing, fast-paced business. Collaborate with HR team and key stakeholders (e.g., Executive, Legal, Finance) to define the new policies, develop and implement communication and change management plans in partnership with leadership. Foster diversity, inclusion and a harassment-free workplace through regular trainings and one-on-one or small group meetings Assist with addressing performance or disciplinary issues.
Requirements of the VP of Human Resources:
- Experience working in the technology industry preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing/warehouse team environment for small to midsize company with 100-500 EE
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, and SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
