Ownership of the full product lifecycle 

Leading overall roadmap management including feature and solution prioritization and scoping in collaboration with CPO 

Leading feature planning across the product (feature specs, product and business KPIs, etc.)  

Management of feature development in collaboration with Engineering andDesign  

Running and executing all product management processes  

Go-to-market and feature release planning in collaboration with ProductMarketing 

Post-release feature management (adoption, performance, improvement, planning, sunsetting, etc.) in collaboration with Product Marketing 

Responsible for product-market fit and market landscape 

Understanding and communication of high-level market landscape (market and tech trends, business landscape, etc.) in collaboration with CPO and CTO 

Ongoing mapping of competitive landscape across all products in collaboration with Product Marketing 

Development and management of partnerships landscape in collaboration withintegrations and build-partner-buy leads 

Organization and people management 

Manage people in disperse territory (Ljubljana, New York, San Francisco)  

Responsibility for attracting, recruiting and hiring new talent in collaboration withTalent Acquisition 

Building an experienced Product Management team on a global level by fosteringteam’s constant professional advancement  


Significant (10+ years) experience in product management as an individual contributorand team manager in hi-tech enterprise SaaS company for end user, entrepreneurialstartup environment (mar-tech, content marketing related industry preferred) 

Engineering, UX or Design working background preferred  

A proven track record in building complex SaaS products  

HiTech Saas Experience building and leading global product teams; comfortable withmanaging remote teams  

Inspiring character with a pragmatic hands-on mentality 

Leading by example, driven, excellent execution and problem-solving skills 

Excellent people management and proven communication skills that positively impacteda globally dispersed team 

Have a passion for customer-focused product development 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience  

MS, MBA or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fieldsis preferred
