As Vice President of Product Management for Finance, Media and Home Services, you’ll be responsible for setting strategic portfolio direction, evaluating/selecting the right partners and executing on the vision to drive meaningful and measurable success metrics. You will drive the mortgage experience on Realtor.com to create contextual guided choice for consumers along with the platform to manage real estate agent and lender interactions. In Media, you will define our advertising strategy across programmatic and direct sales to hit revenue growth targets while improving the consumer experience. With Home Services (moving, cable/internet, reOrganizationeling, insurance, etc.), you will identify and address opportunities in the consumer experience to drive service attachment and monetization. Finally across this entire portfolio you will help us to drive our vision for how we bring the real estate transaction online, from offer to close. These areas come together to help our home buyers and renters have an end-to-end experience from picking their next home to comfortably living in it.

You’ll be the coach and advocate for a team of product managers, and guide the whole picture from strategy, planning, to supporting your team to Companyft and iterate on our offerings. You’ll be responsible for the products that will fuel our future growth, expanding our consumer reach and diversifying our business. You’ll coach the team to be more creative and bold in their product plans, build deep collaboration with design and engineering, and ship a lot of engaging, beautiful and personalized new product experiences.

You will drive the identification and assessment of future product expansion opportunities through in-house development, strategic partnerships or acquisitions 

You will be required to maintain alignment and coordinate product development efforts across multiple teams in multiple locations to ensure dependencies are dealt with inside as well as outside your product portfolio 

You will work in an extremely fast-paced environment, making hard decisions and trade-offs quickly while working with the team on iterating their way to innovative product solutions

What will help you succeed 


You have over 10 years of relevant digital product management and leadership experience

Experience in advertising, mortgage/finance, consumer apps and third party partnerships

Thrives in an environment of empowerment with accountability 

Ability to think strategically and build incrementally 

Data-driven, results oriented and willingness to take smart risks

You have a deep understanding of multi-product environments, platforms and technology 

Experience with two-sided marketplaces is a plus
