Develop the strategy and implementation of distribution items related to standing up a Third Party Administrator (TPA) capable of servicing Company's individual worksite business.

Assess competitor distribution capabilities in the individual supplemental health space and create a winning strategy based on a deep understanding of those capabilities.

Lead the process for closing capability gaps associated with effective marketing, sales and administration of Company's individual worksite business.

Develop a sales plan and operating model to support the sale of new product solutions.

Recruit, train, and build out a broker sales team from scratch. 

Capable of bringing new distribution partnerships to the organization.

Work with business leads form other segments to develop sales strategies to have supplemental products complement our core medical offerings. 


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree desirable.

Seasoned, respected sales leader with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the employee benefits or health services industry.

Experience with worksite distribution required

Familiarity with Employer Group distribution channels.

Previous people management experience required

Travel of 50% required

Strategic thinker proficient in developing strong distribution capabilities. 

Ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization, as well as externally.

Demonstrated ability to influence others and utilize resources to accomplish tasks. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
