The VP, Omni-Channel will develop and lead an new capability within Company working with our Data, Tech and Strategy teams to define how new and existing channels will function together through a realistic and executable roadmap. Allowing us to target our clients’ key audiences through oCompanyome based data across Company’s channels in a seamless, end-to-end experience for our clients and their consumers.
This is a customer-focused role that requires you to quickly identify client needs and apply innovations to our exiting channel strategy that enhances the overall experience and becomes an integral part of our client’s workflow and audience targeting strategies. This role will also be also work with the Product, Tech and Finance teams to map out how to optimize client budgets across our channels in near-real time.
This person must have a strong knowledge base in programmatic, DOOH, OTT, ATV, video and advanced audience targeting strategies with the ability to work across and with our Product, Sales, Compliance and Technology teams. Previous working experience across multiple biddable channels is preferred. They will have also have a deep passion to innovate our customer experience without breaking systems or over-promising.
That means your technical knowledge, ability to assess risk and understanding of technical issues that may arise are equally as critical.
This individual must be highly motivated with the ability to work across a matrixed organization in a startup environment to bring key decision makers both within and outside of Company to the table. They must also identify emerging and new channel technologies by staying on top of industry news and trends.
Assisting with and leading the strategic vision, client use cases, and omni-channel roadmap which includes partnering with Company MediaBrand partners such as Kinesso (Data & Tech), Company, Company, Axciom, Risk, Legal, Operations, Compliance and Finance
History of formulating and Organizationelling business use cases, design architecture and customer experience schematics to educate and inform senior leaders and drive internal buy-in
Partnering with senior leadership, client management, sales and agency partners to foster a collaborative approach
Needs assessment and investment justification for an end-to-end experience for our clients and their consumers
Providing multiple Organizationels and audience targeting solutions to our client base that are seamless and much more efficient than traditional channel Organizationels
Working with internal partners to ensure any strategy or solution can be supported through existing technology and practices
Building out educational and support materials that are intuitive, easy to understand and justify the approach to both our clients and internal partners
Attract new clients through innovative, out-of-the box ideas that increase our clients’ efficiency and make Company an integral part of their marketing strategy
Staying on top of new and emerging technologies that will push these strategies further to drive innovation and better oCompanyomes for clients
Being comfortable in even thriving in a fast paced, high growth company
Networking and effectively working with senior executives and decision makers across brands, clients and agencies
Rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes while acting as an analyst, a consultant and a strategist.
Experience / Education
B.S. or MBA, in Marketing or Technology
Media, Agency, Search, Ad Tech industry experience a huge plus
