As an VP of Operations, you will be required to manage a key account, from a project management perspective, as well as support business development. We are delivering accelerated operational ramp-ups to ensure on time, on cost project completion and time-to-production; We reduce operational conflicts across the silos to ensure “best for project” decisions are implemented, while moving the complexity out of your daily operations. You work with people at all levels within an organization to gain valuable business experience

The successful candidate will work out of client sites across the globe. The focus of this position is on leading and managing projects, developing solutions to improve our client’s operations, implement these solutions with the client in a sustainable manner, leading a measurable financial improvement. There is a strong focus on Client Relationship Management/Account Management. Duties of the VP of Operations:
Establishing a credible professional business relationship with our client
Delivering the identified outcomes to the client, this is the Proudfoot value proposition
Personally, coaching and supporting Client Leadership to achieve engagement objectives on time and on budget.
Leading, Coaching and supporting Client leadership and management to accelerate client adoption and usage of Management systems, behaviours and work methods
Ensuring the client engagements achieve agreed benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes
Managing client engagements to maximise consultants' effectiveness and outcomes achieved
Professional and consistent communication with the client Executive and Management teams regarding engagement status, benefits, opportunities and next steps.
Developing and training Proudfoot training to team members
Building long term relationship with client to enhance revenue
Skills and Experience required of the Senior Project/Account Manager:
While businesses experience is the primary qualification, we prefer candidates to have a Master’s degree.
Fluent in English (the company's mother tongue), and native French
Leadership of Business performance improvement, reengineering, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Excellent communication, team work and analytical skills with a result orientation
Proven project management skills in large scale performance improvement consulting with measurable results achieved.
Natural Resources, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering experience.
Willingness to travel extensively
Stakeholder management and engagement skills across multiple industries
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Able to coach and influence executive / senior client teams
Have a passion for developing junior Proudfoot resources
Right to Work: The candidate will have relevant VISA/Permits to work within Europe.
