Manage operational functions of the Traditional Retail division.Provide Operational support to the SVP of Operations by assuring compliance in the operating procedures and supporting quality of the closed loan products and the funding procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Delivery Leader – lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives within the Traditional Retail Channel including the loan fulfillment transition project (migration to Lakewood)
Lead the development and implementation of the operations model including establishing standards, developing metrics and coaching operations leaders
Lead the implementation of the sales management model including establishing the standards, developing metrics and collaborating to coach sales leaders in achieving goals
Key member of acquisition integration teams – coordinating the channel resources to achieve accretive acquisitions
Drive the initiatives of the channel to increase revenue, reduce costs and overall increase profitability
Responsible to assure compliance with products, special products and services.Communicate procedural or operational constraints to SVP and assist in overcoming any obstacles.
Monitors compliance to all federal and state regulations.Identify training needs and insure the training is delivered in a timely matter.
Continuous decision making and problem solving.
Monitor staffing levels of operations personnel to assure adequate coverage, make appropriate recommendations for staff additions to SVP with supporting justification.
Assure all channels of operations provides a high level of customer service and consistent funding levels.
Fully aware of the procedures off shore partners are doing and be a liaison in communicating training needs and staffing levels
Responsible for reporting to SVP & Sales Partners on going production and issues within Operations.
Responsible for forcasting monthly funding goals and insure operations have to the capicty to attain the goals.
Awareness of costs associated with the operating of the channel and be able to speak to this and demostrate to senior management.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
