Refine pricing activities to broaden monetization scope across ideation, innovation, product lifecycle management, and customer price optimization

Bring visibility to lead generation, customer management, monetization, contracting, and other key steps of the product and solution monetization process

Deliver specific price-oriented roadmaps to meet needs of business leaders and drive alignment across key businesses

Deliver customer intelligence to Business Unit and Marketing leaders to enable decisioning based on clear understanding of customers across revenue spend portfolio, business units, and other metrics of performance

Utilize pricing to optimize post-acquisition performance

Lead pricing engagement for strategic and channel partnerships

Develop innovative product bundling/pricing ideas to increase total revenue per customer

Drive an enterprise engagement model to connect customer activities across the Equifax Workforce Solutions organization

Provide thought-leadership on pricing, including engaging with external marketing/pricing leaders to bring pricing best practices into the company

Lead staff of professionals and provide coaching and development to help grow their careers

What makes you a good fit for this role?

You possess a commanding knowledge of pricing elasticity, pricing variables and strategies

The ability to leverage data to defend your pricing strategy decisions and work across an enterprise to drive your strategies

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 – 10 years of Revenue Optimization experience

Pricing team management experience (people management)

Demonstrated path of increasing responsibilities

Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across disciplines (influence)

Able to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and pragmatic execution

Experience working with deal structuring and complex B2B negotiations

Experience with SQL, data analytics tools, and BI experience

Understanding of enterprise database concepts

Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA and Professional Pricing Certification highly preferred
