We are looking for a passionate and creative leader to take our identity, authentication, fraud and risk services to the next level.Working with the largest set of bank collaborative data in the nation, as the VP, Product Line Leader for Risk Insights, you will be responsible for innovation with data, as well as building partnerships with some of the best in class fraud and risk services in the marketplace.
You will have direct interaction with our customers which include a of financial institutions and corporates.As our leader for risk insights, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with top fraud and risk talent at banks and other Fortune 500 companies to devise services to thwart fraud while improving the good customer experience.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving transformative change to more modern data driven, product discovery and development disciplines, by demonstrating and teaching deep customer empathy, rapid model prototyping and testing, and attention to quality and detail that create the most amazing products.

The Product Line Leader is responsible for managing a portfolio of Early Warning products in order to meet company growth and financial goals while producing industry leading fraud and risk management services for targeted customer segments. The Product Line Leader owns the complete product life cycle from product concept through business requirements, software development, implementation, production delivery, and any necessary product retirement.
Through a team which includes both dedicated as well as matrixed individuals, the Product Line Leader is responsible for product evangelism, adoption, revenue growth and profit goals; defining the line’s feature/functionality, market strategy, unique value propositions, and sales approach; and representing the strategic vision externally through creative and compelling thought leadership.
Strategy and Execution:
Owns and drives the development and implementation of the Product Line strategy, go to market, model/solution and business plan, consistent with the company vision and goals.
Collaborates across the organization to identify and affect new data sources and ensure alignment of Product Line roadmap and enterprise data strategy.
Owns the business and financial results of the product line including full P&L responsibility.
Develops annual operating budget, including resourcing and capital needs to support projected growth targets and regularly presents business review to CEO/CFO.
Responsible for managing the Product Line Lifecycle for new and existing products.
Develops the roadmap and enhancements to products, services and distribution to capitalize on the business opportunities in the Product Line and compete effectively in the market.
Drives buy, build or partner decisions for new and existing products/services and underlying technologies.
Builds and leads an exceptional customer-focused, market-oriented, high-performing team to successfully meet business objectives.
Supports the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Working in a matrixed team environment, leads the creation of business models, product features, variable/model suggestions, partner selection, value propositions, value-based pricing, positioning, thought leadership and market communications for the Product Line.
Collaborates effectively across the organization to establish and manage resource plans to support new and existing products, and to determine sales approach and account or channel plans.
Participate with Corporate Development in the M&A process and developing and fostering collaborative relationships with key partners.
Develops appropriate processes to gather, analyze and communicate competitive intelligence, legal and regulatory changes, data quality and other issues impacting the Product Line to drive strategy development, mitigate competitive and compliance risk, and educate the company on marketplace dynamics.
Engages directly with customers, prospective customers, venture capital, channel partners, and market stakeholders to understand their business opportunities, needs & expectations and provides counsel regarding market trends and conditions to ensure a positive forward thinking image for the company.
Develops champions within customer executive leadership, channel partner, or market stakeholders; identifying and producing first adopters.
Represents the company’s strategic vision and maintains high visibility in the marketplace through bylined articles, blogs, regular client contact, participation in client-focused professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry association events, and close engagement with industry consultants.
Develops unique patentable IP that will protect and set the company apart from competitors.
Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
Proven success providing solutions within the relevant market; as a top resource responsible for conceiving, developing and deploying the strategic direction of products and analytic models within the segments.
Extensive business development experience and banking knowledge.
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape of processors, credit bureaus, payment systems, fraud, risk and compliance providers, data aggregators, fintechs and potentially disruptive startups.
Relevant experience managing customer revenue for Product Line with a track record of exceeding annual sales targets
Strong understanding of the changing financial services, legal, technical and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated success leading exceptional customer-focused, market-oriented, high-performing teams.
Hands on experience with developing businesses or products from the ground up
Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment and integrate resources across the company to achieve results.
Recognized leader with proven track record for excellence; development of client-focused, creative and practical solutions; innovation and execution of business plans that produced measurable results.
Ability to build deep relationships and networks with key decision makers and influencers, ability to create and deliver compelling and persuasive arguments with an executive level audience, comfortable establishing new relationships with and influencing the C Suite.
Entrepreneurial approach and passion, forward and strategic thinker, innovative, competitive, ability to drive meaningful change in the business and in the industry.
Ability to travel (30-50%).
Background and drug screen.
MBA is a distinct advantage
