VP Payables Product Manager should possess a comprehensive understanding of all payables products in commercial arena 

Expert knowledge of payment technologies and solutions to help drive current and future state strategies with Integrated Payables product manager 

Understanding of Real Time Payments 

Knowledge of payables product functionality, revenue components and operational interconnectivity 

Familiarity with payments industry including FIs and Fin Techs 

Technical expertise relative to customer ERP systems, file delivery and payables third party vendors preferred 

Experience working directly with Sr. Executives, commercial clients, Treasury Managers and Commercial Banking Managers essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop, implement and manage overall payables approach at PUB 

Act as Payables SME for PUB and perform standard product ownership reviews for all product types 

Assess banks marketplace position for each product and develop mechanism for analysis on an ongoing basis to ensure product set is best in class and future facing 

Own and manage key vendor relationship for payables products 

Coordinate Integrated Payables product to individual payables product lifecycle 

Understanding of the digital landscape and its relationship to payables roadmap important. 

Work closely with risk, compliance, legal, marketing and various operational departments 

Lead cross functional and cross divisional implementation teams while managing key executive and stakeholder relationships. 

Participate in bank-wide initiatives as needed

Research and recommend new products and services enhancements Assist in contract review and administration

Job Requirements

Advanced college degree or equivalent work experience required. 

10+ years of relevant work experience.
