Define and execute strategic initiatives for product growth, including new product development and enhancements to the core offering to increase the competiveness of the current offerings in the US market. Implement and manage product roadmap coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance or implement new product features and functionality.Focus on driving product revenue and growth, including developing and reviewing product pricing, while adhering to the Bank’s risk appetite and compliance with applicable regulatory and network requirements.
This role may be responsible for product growth of Card products.
Maintain success metrics including product profitability, acquisition, retention, outstanding balances and lending facilities
Improve product and segment profitability and help support Banker/TM education on product sets
Identify and create partnerships that support enhancement of core product offerings, with support from Partnerships’ team and in alignment with broader Bank strategy
Work closely with Sales teams in facilitating product knowledge training, and in the distribution of marketing materials to generate revenue growth
Create go-to-market material, customer messaging to ensure product adoption in market
Partner with Marketing to develop promotional strategy and ensure appropriate positioning, and creation of marketing materials
Develop product pricing, and test pricing strategies as needed to compete against relevant competitors in the market place.
Develop and maintain updated competitive landscape.
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in the planning, designing, and execution of incentive programs for branches and other parts of the Bank.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Identify, develop and implement product enhancements to improve value proposition of the card product, including plastic and virtual card programs to drive T&E, B2B/virtual card spend.
Must have a BA degree in a related field
Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in Payments/Banking/Technology product management is required
In-depth knowledge of applicable banking rules and regulations
Understanding of product management discipline and principles
Ability to balance strategic roadmap and support execution related activities
Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with all members of the organization
Highly self-motivated and directed
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-volume environment
Understanding of and ability to provide a high level of internal and external customer engagement
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
MA degree in a related field is preferred
Experience working for Financial Institutions, Payment Players or in Product-lead roles at medium to larger organizations is preferred
Ability to conduct customer/product profitability analysis
Knowledge of fintech landscape and tech platforms that enable product/solutions
Prior experience engaging with Treasury Management clients directly or indirectly
Experience managing/leading teams
